1. About Rareluna

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all bookings made with Rareluna Leisure & Hospitality Limited, trading as Rareluna Casino Hotel, registered in New Zealand (Companies Office No. 8341275, NZBN 9429048123456), with its venue at 17 Brecon Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.

2. Nature of Our Services

Rareluna is a physical, offline venue. We do not offer online gambling, remote wagering, or any digital gaming account. All room reservations, event hire and gaming floor access are confirmed by phone or in person and require attendance at our physical address.

3. Bookings & Enquiries

• Forms on this website submit an enquiry only; no payment is processed online.
• A booking is confirmed only once our concierge team has spoken with you and, where required, received a deposit.
• Room rates, event hire fees and lounge hire fees are as published on our Rooms & Services page at the time of enquiry and may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Deposits

• Room bookings: free cancellation according to the terms stated against each room type (48 hours to 7 days before arrival, depending on room).
• Vantage Conference Hall: 30% deposit at booking; full refund 30+ days prior, 50% refund 14–29 days prior, non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
• Midnight Violet Lounge: 50% deposit is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

5. Gaming Floor Access

Access to the gaming floor is restricted to guests aged 20 and over who present valid government-issued photo identification, in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003. Rareluna reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person at its sole discretion, including for reasons of dress code, intoxication, or self-exclusion requests.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times. Rareluna reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, attempted fraud, or breach of house rules.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Rareluna is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at our venue. Nothing in these terms limits any right guests have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
